Return Policy
We understand that purchasing a custom-built PC is a significant investment. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or encounter issues, you may return the system under the following conditions:

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

The PC must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Systems with physical damage, missing parts, or modifications not performed by Byte Den technicians are not eligible for returns.

Software or digital content (e.g., pre-installed operating systems or games) is non-refundable once activated.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the system is defective upon delivery.

Return Process:

Contact Byte Den to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before initiating a return.

Safely repackage the PC in its original box and include all original components and documentation.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the system was defective upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

Standard Warranty Coverage:

All custom-built PCs come with a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects due to normal use.

Labor costs for diagnosing and repairing hardware issues are included during this period.

Used GPU Warranty (Free Graphics Card):

The included used GPU (if applicable) is covered by a 30-day warranty for functionality. After this period, no further warranty applies to the GPU.

Byte Den will replace or repair the GPU if it fails within the 30-day window due to normal use.

Exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or improper installation of third-party components is not covered.

Compatibility issues with third-party peripherals or software are not included in the warranty.

Extended Warranty Options:
