At Byte Den, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our custom-built PCs. To provide clarity and transparency, we’ve outlined our return policy below.

Return Policy

We understand that purchasing a custom-built PC is a significant investment. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or encounter issues, you may return the system under the following conditions:

• Return Window:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • The PC must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Systems with physical damage, missing parts, or modifications not performed by Byte Den technicians are not eligible for returns.

  • Software or digital content (e.g., pre-installed operating systems or games) is non-refundable once activated.

• Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the system is defective upon delivery.

• Return Process:

  • Contact Byte Den to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before initiating a return.

  • Safely repackage the PC in its original box and include all original components and documentation.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the system was defective upon arrival.

• Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

Warranty Policy

Byte Den offers a comprehensive warranty to protect your investment and ensure peace of mind:

• Standard Warranty Coverage:

  • All custom-built PCs come with a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects due to normal use.

  • Labor costs for diagnosing and repairing hardware issues are included during this period.

• Used GPU Warranty (Free Graphics Card):

  • The included used GPU (if applicable) is covered by a 30-day warranty for functionality. After this period, no further warranty applies to the GPU.

  • Byte Den will replace or repair the GPU if it fails within the 30-day window due to normal use.

• Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or improper installation of third-party components is not covered.

  • Compatibility issues with third-party peripherals or software are not included in the warranty.

• Extended Warranty Options:

  • Customers may purchase an extended protection plan for up to 3 years of coverage on hardware failures. Contact Byte Den for details.

• Warranty Claims Process:

  • For warranty claims, contact Byte Den’s support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • If necessary, ship the system back to Byte Den for inspection and repair (shipping costs covered by Byte Den within the first 30 days).

Important Notes:

• Byte Den reserves the right to refuse returns or warranty claims if the system shows signs of tampering, misuse, or damage outside normal operating conditions.

• Customers are encouraged to retain all original packaging for returns and warranty claims.
